Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process with the objective of reaching a settlement agreement. For mediation to work, both parties must demonstrate a desire to mediate a resolution to any dispute.
The Parties at Mediation are in control of the process and innovative, flexible solutions can be found, which would not be possible in a rule-based arbitration.
Mediation is a suitable dispute resolution mechanism both before and after Arbitration.
W&W can provide Mediation on a formal basis where procedures are followed in accordance with Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution protocols. Alternatively, we can run an informal or ad hoc mediation which would be conducted over the telephone and via email.
